Terms of use
1. The website
Senku presents website design and development services for professionals and small businesses. For information, write to info@senku.it.
2. Quote requests
Sending an email is a request for information or a quote, with no obligation. It is not an order, does not automatically start a project and does not require payment. Project scope, the parties’ details, total price, payment terms and deadlines are defined in a separate agreement before work begins.
3. Prices, timelines and revisions
Published prices are starting amounts for the features described. Your quote specifies the full amount payable, including any applicable taxes and expenses. Domain, hosting, licences and other third-party services are excluded unless explicitly agreed. Timelines are estimates starting from receipt of all materials and also depend on approval of previews. Additional features and revisions beyond those included are agreed before proceeding.
4. Materials and handover
The client must hold the necessary rights to text, images, logos and any other materials supplied. The project agreement defines file delivery, access credentials, usage rights and any third-party licences. Updates and maintenance after handover are agreed separately.
5. Website content and personal data
Senku’s content and brand may not be reproduced without permission, except where permitted by law. The design example on the homepage is illustrative. Information about personal data processing is available in the privacy policy.
6. Applicable rules
Italian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights and other applicable rules. Agreements for individual projects are defined separately.
