For information about how Senku processes personal data, or to exercise your rights, you can write to info@senku.it.

2. Data and purposes

If you email me, your email address, any contact details and the information you choose to share are processed to answer your request, prepare a quote and manage any resulting agreement. Contact buttons open your email app. The website does not send a request, and you choose whether to send the email.

The website uses Vercel for hosting and Vercel Analytics for aggregated browsing statistics. The analytics service does not use tracking cookies. The infrastructure may process technical data needed for the website’s security and operation.

3. Legal basis

Quote requests and client relationships are processed to take pre-contractual steps requested by the individual or perform a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Legal obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c). Website security and aggregated statistics rely on the legitimate interest in operating and improving the service (Article 6(1)(f)).

4. Retention

Requests are kept for as long as necessary to handle the contact and any follow-up. Documents relating to projects and payments are kept for the periods required by applicable obligations. You can ask about the retention of your correspondence by writing to info@senku.it.

5. Providers and recipients

Data may be processed by hosting, analytics and email providers needed to deliver the service, and by professionals involved in legal obligations. It is not sold or used to send newsletters. For details about processing by the website provider, see Vercel’s privacy policy. Any transfers outside the European Economic Area must use the safeguards required by the GDPR.

6. Your rights

Where provided for by Articles 15–22 GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. You can write to info@senku.it and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
